The library receives its funding from a share of the Ohio General Revenue Fund as set forth by the Public Library Fund. Therefore, all residents within the jurisdiction of the Liberty Center School District truly hold the ownership of their library. The library is governed by a non-paid seven-member Board of Trustees appointed by the School Board of Education.
